Please read carefully through all instructions for each step before proceeding to any associated links.

Once you have all of these handy, proceed with the steps below.
All Bays communications are released through a platform called Stack Team App. It is essential that you have this app as this is how you will receive important club information such as key dates, events, wet weather cancellations, training, games, uniforms, events, etc.
Please follow the steps below to download and install the app, or if you don't have a smartphone, go to this link to sign up and view the App online.
Please ensure you have notifications enabled and are checking the newsfeed regularly. To enable notifications, please see this page.
Obtain the Active Kids voucher number prior to registering with Rugby AU. You will need this voucher number during the registration process to use the voucher.
Note: Redeemed NSW Active Kids Vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferrable, as per the terms set by the NSW Office of Sport.
Head to the Service NSW website to apply online.
If you are a Coach, Manager, Assistant Referee or Volunteer you will need to know your Working with Children (WWC) Number. You must have this number before you can complete your registration. To apply for a WWC Number please see this page on the Service NSW website.
Please ensure once again you have all of information listed above.
It is best to complete the entire registration process in one sitting.
This is an Australian wide registration system which is used by all clubs in Australia. When you are ready, open the Rugby Xplorer website. Follow the rest of the steps in this guide carefully as you proceed.
Note: Make sure you log in using the email address you previously used for registration
otherwise you will need to create a whole new account.
When you are ready to register, select one child and click NEXT.
Enter the following details for each field.
If you have more children, or would like to register yourself as a coach or manager, please repeat this step.
You have now completed the registration process.
Feel free to explore the Rugby Xplorer portal and ensure you and your child(ren) have all the correct details loaded.
